About my history

Hi I’m Tessa, the youngest dog at ARC. I was abandoned by my previous owner and was rescued from the cold by ARC a few weeks ago. I am learning a lot about being with people and other dogs, but so far I am picking it up fast. I am excited to meet new people and other dogs. And I love getting all the strokes from anyone I meet on my walks. I need to find a permanent home soon as these are the crucial months for me to learn my behaviours and kennels aren’t always the best environment for that. It’s important that whoever takes me has large breed experience as I will grow up to be a big and powerful dog. But so far I have had positive interactions with everyone here, and with an experienced owner I will be a lovely dog.
