About my history
I’m Billi, one of the bigger boys at ARC and have been staying at ARC for over 2 years. I was bought to ARC from Romania. I still not confident leaving my kennel, but a few volunteers are now able to walk me. When I trust someone, I am a very soppy dog, but it does take me time to get there. If I really trust you, I love to have zoomies and cuddles in the pen. I do shut down when I spend to much time in the kennel, so I need a nice quiet home with an experienced owner to help bring me out of my shell. Anyone interested in meeting me would need to have an appointment with my handler so they can introduce you to me.
